Did you know, that unlike old fashioned Peer to Peer file share, where one seed has to share to many... Bit torrent is the exact other way round.

I share only ONE copy of the wanted file, in this case it is a single RAR Archive containing hundreds, or in one or two cases, Thousands of Karaoke files.

Then you come along and join in the party and your Bit torrent client opens up a minimum of TWO UPLOAD slots for others to hook up and download the same RAR Archive.

If you have set up your bit torrent client correctly to use 70% of your available upload bandwidth, then your client will make more than 2 upload slots available to the Swarm.   I find 5 to 10 slots work best but that depends on your internet bandwidth... the greater the upload bandwidth you have, the more slots your client will open So more peers like you can enjoy faster download speeds for the swarm as a collective.  THIS IS CALLED THE POWER OF THE SWARM.

NOW you see why Bit torrent is simply the best way to move large files around the net.

As long as you don't run more than 1 download and one seed you should fly along this series and have the 140GB collection before the end of the Month... Now that's Rock & Roll Baby!
